Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it during business days.
 
We do not accept rush orders. 
However, if we receive orders in the early morning (before 9:30am), we can ship them the same day if the products are in stock. 
 
We don’t offer pick-up orders.
 
You can select the courier company to use and the service type ( Express, Regular… ) at the checkout page.
 
We ship using PUROLATOR, CANADA POST, UPS OR FEDEX within Canada.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

 

THREAD & ACCESSOIRES / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

 

Because of the fact that we can’t verify if the cone of thread or other products (like cans as example), is used after received by clients and the length of the thread is still in its original manufacturer condition, and to guarantee that our clients receive our products in its original manufacturer conditions, we apologize for not accepting any returns or exchanges on thread and cans and other accessories items.

 

BOBBINS:

 

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return or exchange any pre-wound bobbins products. 

Items must be in its original packaging and unused.

Please contact us at: info@isacord.ca to arrange for a return or exchange.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

 

Please inspect the products upon reception. 

If we send you the wrong product

For any damaged products

 

please contact us at info@isacord.ca within maximum of 2 days.

We will immediately make the necessary arrangements. 

 

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on clearance items.
