Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it during business days.
We do not accept rush orders. However, if we receive orders before 9:00 am, we do our best to ship them the same day if the products are in stock.
We don’t offer pick-up orders.
We ship using PUROLATOR, CANADA POST, GLS, OR FEDEX within Canada.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
THREAD & ACCESSOIRES:
Due to the fact that we can’t verify if the cone of thread or other product has been used after it has been received and to guarantee that our clients receive our products in the original conditions, we apologize for not accepting any returns or exchanges on thread and cans and other accessories.
BOBBINS:
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return or exchange any pre-wound bobbins products. Items must be in its original packaging and unused. Please contact us at: info@isacord.ca to arrange for a return or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS:
Please inspect the products upon reception. If the items you received do not reflect your original order please contact us at info@isacord.ca within maximum of two days. We will make the necessary arrangements. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on clearance items.
